Passionate about photography since her childhood, she continues to deepen her knowledge, in a self-taught way, of this form of art, which was transmitted to her by her mother and her grandfather.

The constant addition of several strings to her bow becoming second nature to her, the exploration of the world of multimedia and video is gradually inserted until it occupies, today, an important place in her artistic process. . The development of Andrée-Anne's professional life leads her to take into consideration the inevitable convergence of all artistic disciplines. Art, in all its forms, represents for her a powerful means of expression, allowing her to transmit her emotions and communicate her sensitivity.

At the heart of his artistic approach: the human. Thus, his studies in psychology at the Institute of CoreSomatics (from 1999 to 2002), a program that combines Gestalt therapy, the Alexander technique and the Feldenkrais method, allowed him to perfect and deepen his humanist approach and multidisciplinary.

“As a multi-artist, I seek to create a close relationship between different disciplines such as photography, painting, video and image composition. By these intuitive pairings, I wish to highlight all these unspoken, in the raw state and with intensity, the human and the inhuman, the immensity and the contrasts… finally, all the depth of the subjects addressed.

Communicating is a fundamental need for me and words alone are not enough to reveal all the emotions that reside in me. The act of creating responds to this need to bring out and make visible, the interior, sensitive and intimate world. Thus, I try to capture, momentarily and intuitively, the singularity and complexity of an experience or an emotion. As an anthropologist would do, I explore a subject while respecting its strength and vitality. I thus deal with contemporary issues with an orientation that turns out to be as much poetic as it is political. The use of diversified mediums allows me to enlarge and multiply the angles of access, contemplation and exploration. ”
